FAQ's

 1.    How do I make a purchase?

Ans:  Browse through all our collections: New Arrivals, Silver Jewellery, Fashion Jewellery, Once you have found an item, click on the “Add to cart “ button right of the product, a pop us will be shown on your screen, you can remove any item using “remove this item option. If you wish to continue browsing, click on 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on 'Order Now' button.

 

2.       Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Ans: YES. You can browse through the collections, categories without creating an account and select product you like. But to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.

  •       Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your joal Account.
  •       Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.
  •       Manage your account details, address book, and email preferences.
  •       To create an account, simply click on 'LOG IN' and then 'SIGN UP' to fill in your details.

 

 3.    I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Ans:  Once you have registered and have lost your password then you have to click on "Forgot password" and submit your email after that we will send you a new password.

 

 4.    How do I know if an item is in stock?

Ans:  All items are in stock unless 'OUT OF STOCK' is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email sales@joal.me    

 

 5.    What Payment methods does Joal accept?

Ans:     We accept payments via CC Avenue. We also offer Cash on Delivery. Bank transfers are accepted upon special request. 

  If you are not able to make a payment via the above-listed methods, please send us an e-mail at sales@joal.me and we will send you options to pay via bank transfer.

 

6.   Is it safe to use my credit card online at Joal?

Ans:   At Joal, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

 

7.  Can I Change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Ans:    Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

 

8.  Where is my order?

Ans:    We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of your order with courier details and tracking number with which you can track the status of your order.

 

9.    How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Ans:    Orders are shipped via Gati and are delivered within 3-4 working days.

 

10.    Do you ship internationally?

Ans:  No, we do not ship orders internationally.

 

11.   Is my package insured?

Ans:  All items are insured from Joal against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

 If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

 

12. What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Ans:    Your order will be delivered to you in our Branded Pink/Blue boxes, which not only look fabulous but make the perfect storage solution. Also, we provide jewelry cleaning cloth, so it helps remove dust particles from the product.

 

13.    Is my personal information safe with you?

Ans: Yes, your all personal details related to your registration will be 100% secured with us.

 

14. How do I find the correct size for my bangle or finger ring and measurement conversion charts?

Ans:  We have the size chart on our side with every product of ring and bangle,

 For ring :      you can measure by using thread, wind a thread around your finger, cut it where the ends meet and straighten it to measure on a ruler in mm and check the corresponding size in size chart.

 For bangle: Measure the circumference of your hand at the widest point measuring tape.

  Compare the hand circumference to bangle circumference as per the following chart.

 

15. What would happen if I am not at home when you delivered?

Ans:    Our courier agents will always give a call to confirm that you are available at home or not. If our agent reach at home when you are not available, then in such circumstances we will try to deliver
